Organic pink peppercorns are sweet and peppery

Pink peppercorns are the dried berries of the Baies Rose plant and not from Piper Nigrum like their black and white counterparts. They have a fruity, peppery flavour and are bright pink in colour.

They have floral undertones which give an elegant and aromatic twist to both sweet and savoury dishes. Due to the bright pink colour you can use these to add a beautiful garnish to any dish.
