SIX EIGHTY CELLARS PINOT NOIR CARBONIC, CONCRETE DIAMOND

A blend of six sustainably grown Pinot Noir clones, this dry red wine was fermented in the carbonic method in an amphora concrete vessel, then pressed off and returned to age for eight months.

Our 2022 Pinot Noir Carbonic is savory and unapolegetically earthy. This dry red wine is mineral driven with hints of cacao, crushed raspberry and mint.
