Organic Flame Raisins are made from bright red flame raisins and are a bit special.  These plump raisins are a really sweet and juicy and are great addition to baking recipes, savoury dishes or as a simple snack.  We love them added to homemade muesli mixes for their natural sweetness and chewy texture.

Raisins start off as grapes and are dried naturally in the sun to produce these tasty little treats.  These organically produced raisins are not treated with sulphur-dioxide so are dark in colour.  They can be used in so many ways and are a popular ingredient in sweet and savoury dishes to add natural sweetness.  They go really well in creamy curries and vibrant salads.
