Smoked Red Crunch is a delightful, aged red Leicester known for its rich and creamy texture, achieved through prolonged maturation. It boasts a strong, tangy taste and undergoes a gentle smoking process for eight hours in JJ Sandham’s specially designed smokehouse on-site, utilizing oak wood chips. This technique bestows a distinctive, nutty flavour and a naturally smoked aroma to the cheese, making it incredibly tasty.
