Made by Tom and Clare Noblet since 2015 on their dairy farm on the Lake District, this amazing cheese is produced based on a traditional old ‘Dales’ recipe of the north of England Aged of min 3 months, Fellstone has a charactistic Wensleydale lemony-lactic flavours with a firmer texture. Still paired with a fanous Wensleydale Fruit cake to make the perfect dessert!!
