In collaboration with Trillium Brewery in Boston, MA! A note from the brewery: “This DIPA is classic Belleflower from the first sip. Light and fluffy fermentation makes it easy to keep sipping, and the second sip is allllll Trillium vibes. It pours super pale golden, almost glowing in the glass. We dry hopped it with big ol’ doses of Citra, Galaxy, Nectaron, and Nelson Hop Kief. The aroma is packed with melon, strawberries, white wine, papaya, and just the right touch of dank hoppiness. The flavors layer up with a massive medley of tropical fruits, passion fruit and papaya leading the charge. It all finishes with a smooth, easy bitterness that dries things out just enough.”
